ALL is an over-caffeinated nerd quartet.   ALL began brewing their catchy but highly combustible sound long before the term "pop-punk" existed in the MTV lexicon. Originally banding together in Southern California under the name Descendents, Black Flag drummer Bill Stevenson and company waged sonic war on a wishy-washy world.  They are touring machines that go any and everywhere to play.  They are a great band too.
